Sorry to all those disappointed Milngavie quizzers - but the good news is your closest quiz is The Den in Bearsden on Thursday nights which isn't all that far away!

The weekend starts on Friday in The Beef, and if one team walk away with the £160, it will be a good start to the weekend, that's for sure. 

These old its reckon they're walking the West Highland Way with a hangover - I'd like to see that.
And now their bags are even heavier as they have a champions certificate and a bottle of sparkling pish to carry too.

Next time at the quiz, they will be blistered and miles away, while the rest of us have a go for the £65 Jackpot.

A big thanks to Pirate Glen who is holding the quiz fort this week for me in Milngavie as I am being extradited back to England for crimes against fashion. As you can see, surprise winner jim from J&L here looks very happy with the temporary change of management!

I have lent Glen my £65 wad though, so hopefully there will be a non-pirate winner!
