Here are tonight's winner's looking in a sense of awe and excitement at their amazing winners prize tonight. Mark came up to take on The Beast and choose his winner's envelope. Previous prizes have been bottles of booze and meals and the such-like, so Mark & co were expecting their champion's prize to be a real bobby dazzler.

You can only imagine their disappointment when Mark chose at random the prize pictured here below. A voucher entitling him to fuck all. What a shame! As waved goodbye and left the premises they were still looking upset about it. Diddums.

It was too close to call in the Fun Round though, so I asked the independent adjudicators to step in - and The Bar Staff went for The Honeymonsters joke. 

And when I say 'The Honeymonsters Joke' I mean the joke The Honeymonsters stole off another team on Monday night in Dukes bar and have been using ever since. That's The Honeymonsters for you.

Next week I have a £75 rollover as the cash wasn't won - the best prize tonight was arguably the bag I gave away. Oh well - we all had a jolly time. And we will again next week.

Tonight's winners had won long before it was announced. They had enough points not to bother with the final round and even had some other prizes they had already won to amuse them while they waited for their inevitable victory. We were all on the edge of our seats like.

The only thing that could stop them was The Beast - so there's a £50 rollover for next week, when hopefully these guys will have a better team name...

... I mean - Something about Jimmy Savile is a decent enough name, but I'm sure these guys can do better with a week to think about it.

There were a few honest souls in the Den who were rewarded for their integrity - as the points fines struck heavily on the google bastards. Amusingly one team member secretly using their mobile to get the answers was getting the wrong answers - AWKWARD!

A more subdued night in Den than usual - for a start you could actually get a seat. Well, that's unless you were Jedworth Swingers who have had the same table every night since the quiz started and this week had to stand at the bar and wait for a different seat! Outrage! It went bad to worse for The Swingers though, as they finished on a record low of 19 points. Oops.

The winners as pictured here were called Just the Tonic. They were not called anything to do with Gin or Jimmy Savile and they deny any allegations that they made any reference to the ongoing saga of Jimmy Savile. They had a great time with their appropriate and sensible team name. Glad we cleared that up...

One of the few quiz nights in Den when you didn't have to arrive an hour in advance to guarantee a table! There were several confusing quiz team names tonight... 

One of the confusers was called And Tonight's Winners who didn't win the quiz but did win the Fun Round. Another confusing team name was The Winning Team which was only confusing up until the point they did actually win the quiz.
