Mixed things up with a mini-quiz in Dukes this week! Mini on all accounts -  in terms of the duration, the number of participants and the size of the prize!

Last week Barman Scott got the biggest score in the room, this week Bar Fly Stephen beat the barman! It was the Dukes regular who claimed the winners badge after a tense 3-way tie-break stand off between himself and Handsfree Lightsabres Janet and Ian.

Quite how the other Sabre jewellery magnate Charlotte scored we won't go in to, but I can reveal she gambled... Despite their narrow loss The Sabres put a brave face on it here as you can see here!

Next week fingers crossed for a few more folk about so we can have a full scale quiz-stravaganza!

Regular drinkers in Dukes Bob and Stephen made their quiz debut tonight and propped up the bar like pros. It was clear they weren't asking the staff for answers though, as barman Scott managed to win the quiz playing by himself. By the looks of his cheeky wee grin, it's not the first time he's played with himself either..

Fortunately for the Linford Christie's Lunchbox team on duty Bar Staff aren't allowed to win, so they didn't have to enter into a tiebreak to win the booze. The delicious winners case of Cobra was all theirs.

Apart from me being generally heckled and attacked by a canine the funniest thing the night was Quizzly Bear Rob's hilarious team names which went from the fact he was expecting his mates any moment right through to showing his appreciation for 'real' Friends. Quality.
